Nutristar is a growing health and wellness brand committed to delivering premium quality nutritional products. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Associate to join our team and support our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities for employees
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Manage daily attendance and leave records
• Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information confidentially
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus

Working Days & Timings:

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
