Job Description

Position: Human Resources Associate

Location: Panchkula

Qualification:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a software firm.

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Associate, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication between employees and management, and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Payroll and HR Operations

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and maintain employee records.
  • Manage attendance tracking, documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and gratuity.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

3. Conflict Management

  • Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Support managers in maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Ensure disciplinary actions align with company policy and legal standards.

4. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower needs.

5. HR Policies and Compliance

  • Assist in formulating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance evaluations and learning & development activities.
  • Drive compliance with labor laws and ensure smooth HR process execution.

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and payroll systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities with discretion and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
