Job Description

HR Executive

Location - Panchkula

Qualification

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years of Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a software firm.

Role Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance. You will collaborate with different departments to support workforce planning, enhance employee experience, and implement HR best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

Principle Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts while ensuring fair resolutions.

- Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.

- Maintain HR records, process payroll, and oversee attendance management.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

- Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.

- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs for employees.

- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.

- Experience with HRMS software and payroll management systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.

- Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
