Human Resources Assistant

As an experienced recruiter, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles and internship requirements. This includes sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, as well as maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports. Additionally, you will support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires and collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Furthermore, representing the company professionally at campus recruitment and career events will be part of your responsibilities. Preferred candidates for this role will have prior experience in HR Consultancy, Immigration, Real Estate, Training Institutes, College TPAs, or IT sectors. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 12 years of relevant recruiting experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
