Human Resources Assistant

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Assistant at Fair Exports India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations at the organization's Aluva site. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee benefits, maintaining HR records, supporting training programs, and ensuring the efficient use of HR information systems. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to HR management and help facilitate communication between staff and management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees - Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs for staff development - Ensure the effective utilization of HR information systems for data management - Provide administrative support to HR management as needed - Facilitate communication between staff members and management for HR-related matters Qualifications: - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration - Familiarity with employee training and development practices - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus - Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements is beneficial,
