Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, based in Kochi. The HR Assistant will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, maintaining and updating HR records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing support in employee benefits administration. Additional duties include assisting in organizing training sessions, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and supporting the HR team on various projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Knowledge and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience with Benefits Administration processes and systems
• Skills in planning and coordinating employee training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR assistant role is a plus
