Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Nashik. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR functions, including managing employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating recruitment processes, assisting in onboarding activities, and managing training sessions for team members. Additionally, this role involves maintaining HR-related information systems, administering employee benefits, and addressing employee queries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Training processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Previous experience in HR roles is preferred
