About the Role

RLS Retail Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain interview schedules.

Support the onboarding process, documentation, and induction for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases.

Prepare HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other official documentation.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.

Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Work closely with the HR Manager and contribute to ongoing HR projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA (HR), BA, or a related degree.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
