Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Apprentice to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Provide support in benefits administration, payroll processing, and other HR-related tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies to improve employee relations and performance.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with employees at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is required, including recruitment, training, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve employee issues and concerns.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
