Human Resources Apprentice

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team as a Junior Associate / Associate. The initial designation would be of an Apprentice. This role involves managing key HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, exit management, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Induction & Onboarding

• Design and deliver effective induction programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience.

3. Employee Engagement & Connects

• Conduct regular employee connects to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

4. Exit Management

• Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure smooth and compliant offboarding processes.

5. Disciplinary & Grievance Handling

• Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and labour laws.

6. HR Projects & Initiatives

• Lead or support various HR initiatives such as policy development, process improvements, and organisational development projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement HR best practices.
