Human Resources and Administration Manager


Premier Group is hiring a Human Resources and Administration Manager for a full time on site role in Kolkata to lead HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across our manufacturing, export and real estate operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to support organisational goals
  • Manage end to end recruitment, onboarding and talent retention initiatives
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits and performance management
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training and professional development programmes
  • Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management and office services
  • Provide HR data analysis and reports for management decision making


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export or real estate sectors
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
