Job Title: Civil Structural Engineer (LBS Preferred) Company: Premier Group Location: Kolkata, West Bengal About the Role Premier Group is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Structural Engineer to join our team in the Greater Kolkata Area. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in structural design and analysis, along with practical site experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are Licensed Building Surveyors (LBS) or working towards that qualification. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, infrastructure and civil engineering projects Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations and specifications Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and safety standards Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues Collaborate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders Prepare detailed reports, project documentation and engineering assessments Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering design and execution Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD) Strong knowledge of local building codes and IS standards Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Registered or eligible to register as a Licensed Building Surveyor (LBS) Experience with both steel and RCC structures Familiarity with quality assurance and project documentation protocols What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work on a range of high-impact projects Supportive team environment with a focus on professional development Show more Show less
