Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing benefits administration, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and general HR management tasks. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to policies and streamlining HR processes for optimal efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices. Strong analytical skills will be crucial for navigating benefits administration and HRIS requirements. Effective communication and organizational abilities are essential for seamless coordination within the HR department. Your willingness to work on-site in Samba is a key requirement for this position. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field to qualify for this role. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous, although not mandatory.
