Job Description: HR Administrator Company: Choice Location: Jaipur Key Responsibilities: · Employee ID Card Management: o Distribute employee ID cards to new joiners and provide replacements as needed. o Maintain accurate records of all issued, replaced, and returned ID cards. · Onboarding Coordination: o Prepare and distribute onboarding kits, including welcome kits and IT equipment. o Track inventory to ensure timely availability of kits and materials. o Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions and act as the point of contact for new employees. · Procurement and Logistics: o Communicate with internal teams and vendors to manage procurement and deliveries of required materials. o Maintain updated records of distributions and related documentation. · HR Support: o Provide general administrative support to the HR department. o Assist with organizing HR events and facilitating internal communication. o Support daily HR operations and respond to employee queries in a timely manner. · Data Accuracy and Confidentiality: o Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Knowledge of HR processes and practices is an advantage.
