Role Description This is a full-time HR Administrative Specialist role located on-site in Noida. The HR Administrative Specialist will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, communication, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Excellent communication skills Experience in employee relations and customer service Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Job description A. Employee lifecycle: Recruitment, joining and onboarding Employee attendance Reimbursements - reconciling the expense reports Employee leaving - F&F, experience letter B. Office affairs Repairs, maintenance, upgrades, etc Utility bills (water, electricity, internet) Housekeeping Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Book travel arrangements Provide general support to visitor(s) Develop and maintain a filing system Order office supplies C. Social media Manage social media handles Fluency in English D. IT Co-ordination with IT person Repair and maintenance of devices (laptops, desktops, printers) Coordination for local level services and renewals End user support for hardware & software Experience: 3-4 years Expected Salary: INR 25k - 35k Show more Show less
