Human Resources Administrative Officer

The HR Administrative Specialist role at CoSage Advisors in Noida requires a candidate with HR Management and Human Resources skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in employee relations and customer service. The position demands strong organizational and time management skills along with knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. As the HR Administrative Specialist, you will oversee various HR management tasks, employee relations, communication, and customer service responsibilities on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include managing the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, reimbursements, and employee exits including Full and Final settlement and experience letter issuance. Additionally, you will handle office affairs like repairs, maintenance, utility bills, housekeeping, and administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining contact lists, and organizing office supplies. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, hence fluency in English is required. IT coordination tasks involve liaising with IT personnel, handling device repairs and maintenance, coordinating local services, and providing end-user support for hardware and software. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have 3-4 years of relevant experience. The expected salary for this position is between INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month.,
