Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Admin Officer (Male) at Gtech Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Kolkata. The HR Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks may include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining records, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR Management and general Human Resources practices
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law and regulatory compliance processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in similar administrative or HR roles is an advantage
