Human Resources Administrative Officer

As an HR Administrative Specialist at CoSage Advisors, located in Noida, you will be responsible for various HR management, employee relations, communication, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities: - Employee lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, managing reimbursements, and handling employee exits such as Full and Final settlement and experience letter issuance. - Overseeing office affairs which include managing repairs, maintenance, upgrades, utility bills, housekeeping, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining contact lists, handling correspondence, booking travel arrangements, providing support to visitors, developing filing systems, and ordering office supplies. - Managing social media handles and ensuring fluency in English. - Coordinating with IT personnel, overseeing the repair and maintenance of devices like laptops, desktops, and printers, managing local level services and renewals, and providing end-user support for hardware and software. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in employee relations and customer service. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, the expected salary for this position ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.,
