Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing HR functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and general administration. The role ensures the hospital maintains a productive, legally compliant, and employee-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule final rounds.
  • Handle offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, and induction.
  • Ensure proper credential and background verification of healthcare professionals.

Employee Records & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date personnel files, HRMIS/HRMS data, and statutory records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation standards (e.g., NABH), and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll for timely salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).

Attendance & Leave Management:

  • Monitor biometric attendance and manage leave applications.
  • Resolve attendance discrepancies and generate monthly reports.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

  • Organize staff welfare activities, birthday celebrations, and employee appreciation programs.
  • Address employee grievances professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Support hospital administration in promoting a positive and ethical work culture.

Training & Development:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating training programs for staff and medical personnel.
  • Maintain training records and feedback documentation.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Draft HR letters (warning, appraisal, transfer, relieving, etc.).
  • Circulate internal notices, memos, and HR-related communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NABH or JCI accreditation processes.
  • Knowledge of hospital workforce structures and shift management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
