Provide regular training, mentoring, and performance feedback to facilitators. Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and cases. Program Management Design and implement facilitation strategies aligned with the NGO’s mission and care model. Work with relevant teams to ensure integrated patient and family support. Ensure consistency and quality in patient and family interactions across all facilitators. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between the facilitation team, healthcare providers, patients, and families. Represent the facilitation function in team meetings, strategic planning, and other discussions. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Maintain records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards. Training & Capacity Building Identify training needs and organize workshops, exposure visits, or skill-building sessions. Create and update facilitation guidelines, toolkits, and manuals.
