Job Description: As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support and strategic guidance across the organization, ensuring that HR practices are in line with business objectives and comply with current legislation. Your main focus will be on partnering with stakeholders to deliver people solutions and manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert HR advice and coaching to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and employment legislation. - Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals. - Support managers in handling complex employee cases, including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues. - Drive change management initiatives to support organizational projects and transformations. - Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. - Champion health and well-being programs to create a positive work environment. - Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs. - Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust. - Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. - 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services. - Experience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India. - Exposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.). - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Proven experience in HR project management and change initiatives. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel domestically as required.
