Job Title: Recruitment Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: HR Manager Shift Timings: 11:30 Am - 8:30 Pm Start Date : Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding selected candidates. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website). Source and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Prepare and extend job offers in collaboration with HR and management. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or recruitment events as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
