Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Voice Process) to handle inbound calls, address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls professionally. Address customer inquiries, provide service information, and resolve complaints. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while dealing with customers. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus. A positive attitude and a passion for helping people. Job Highlights: 5 Days of working.
