Job Summary

HR Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback and offer letters.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

HR Operations & Assistance

Support onboarding process documentation, induction, and new joiner formalities.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Generating Employee ID & Sharing Salary Slips through Portal.
Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits of Project.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel etc.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
0.6 months–1 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
