Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, engage, and hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Promote employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and MS Office.
