Job Description

Wipro Limited Kolkata is hiring for a Fixed Term Hire (1year) Recruiter Role.

Skillset:

6 months - 2 years of experience in Recruitment or a similar HR role.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in business writing.
Experience in full cycle recruitment, using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proficiency in social media recruitment, CV databases, and professional networks.
Prior experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and other Job Portals.
Ability to multitask with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good computer proficiency with strong typing and documentation skills.
Comfortable with Work from Office (WFO) and flexible to work 6 days a week if required.
