Role & responsibilities

Talent acquisition & full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
In-depth understanding of
academic roles
(teachers, principals, coordinators) and
administrative roles
(office staff, admissions, support)
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
for interacting with candidates and school management
Ability to handle
multiple openings
simultaneously
Familiarity with
recruitment tools
, job portals, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of
CBSE guidelines
for academic recruitment a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining recruitment documentation
