Job Description

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop suitable hiring strategies.
Handle multiple recruitment drives across departments and ensure timely closures.
Lead and guide a small team of recruiters, ensuring efficient performance and goal achievement.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.) to identify suitable candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Minimum
3 - 4 years of recruitment experience
, preferably with team-handling exposure.
Strong understanding of
end-to-end recruitment processes
and sourcing strategies.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
.
Proficient in using
job portals, ATS systems, and recruitment tools
.
Candidates from the
EdTech industry
will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in
team management and recruitment
.
Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
Positive attitude with strong people management and decision-making skills.
