Roles and responsibilities:
* Head hunting candidates using social media and local job portals .
* Manage the recruitment life cycle.
* To ensure that the recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet business needs.
* To ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
* Conduct initial orientation for newly-hired employees.
* Other duties in line with business growth and expansion.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment Non-IT recruiters.
* Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Communication in Hindi is mandatory
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Under graduation is mandatory. PG is an asset.
