Human Resource Recruiter (Male Candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, engineers, operators.
  
• Partner with plant/function heads to understand manpower needs and deliver within defined TAT.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, campus drives, and local hiring networks.
  
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, written assessments, and final selections.
  

• Manpower Planning & Vendor Coordination

• Manage contract manpower hiring and liaise with labor contractors/vendors.
  
• Ensure availability of skilled/unskilled workforce as per production requirements.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and manpower dashboards.
  

• Onboarding & Induction

• Ensure joining formalities, documentation, ID creation, and smooth induction of new hires.
  
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  

• Employer Branding & Campus Hiring

• Coordinate with ITIs, polytechnic colleges, and engineering institutes for fresh talent.
  
• Represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
  

• Compliance & HR Support

• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory norms during recruitment.
  
• Support HR team in audits, manpower reports, and recruitment compliance documentation.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  end-to-end recruitment in a plant/manufacturing setup

  .
• Experience in

  blue-collar / contractual manpower hiring

  .
• Good networking with

  local ITIs, consultants, labor contractors

  .
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and recruitment dashboards.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
