Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate annual and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and providing constructive feedback.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.
  • Organize workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee skills.

5. Payroll & Compliance

  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

6. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

7. Policy & Culture Development

  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
  • Promote company values and maintain workplace harmony.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Human Resource Management

    ,

    Business Administration

    , or related field.

Experience

  • 13 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
  • 1–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • 2+ years in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in

    recruitment

    performance management

    , and

    employee engagement

    .

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and

    communication skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS

    systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    requirements.

    conflict resolution

    abilities.
  • Analytical mindset

    with the ability to use HR data for decision-making.
