Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new employees. 2. Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Foster a positive workplace environment through engagement initiatives. 3. Performance Management Coordinate annual and quarterly performance reviews. Assist managers in setting KPIs and providing constructive feedback. 4. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs. Organize workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee skills. 5. Payroll & Compliance Support payroll preparation and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 6. HR Administration Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. 7. Policy & Culture Development Assist in drafting and updating HR policies. Promote company values and maintain workplace harmony. Preferred candidate profile Education & Certifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration , or related field. Experience 13 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles. 1–5 years of relevant HR experience. 2+ years in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Hands-on experience in recruitment , onboarding , payroll , performance management , and employee engagement . Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data for decision-making. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
