Role & responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including understanding job requirements, creating JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Source talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, headhunting, and industry events.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve quality of hire, hiring speed, and employer branding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong experience in

end-to-end recruitment

for various roles and functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition within corporate environments.
