Role & responsibilities:

Relevant experience in customer care or back-office operations and required convincing power to address customer concerns
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or whatsapp chat. Ability to handle soft tone and cool minded activities in the customer interactions
Meet customer satisfaction targets and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintenance of accurate records and databases to customers
Ability to handle complex customer issues
