Role & responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience in customer care or back-office operations and required convincing power to address customer concerns

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or whatsapp chat. Ability to handle soft tone and cool minded activities in the customer interactions

  • Meet customer satisfaction targets and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintenance of accurate records and databases to customers

  • Ability to handle complex customer issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
