Handle multiple live chat conversations with international customers efficiently.
Provide accurate and timely information and resolutions to customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
Record and update customer information accurately in internal systems.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Typing speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM with good accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Must be willing to work from the office.
