The ideal candidate will have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a keen interest in building a strong workforce. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow in the HR domain in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles. Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals. Screen resumes . Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback. 1 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment (IT/non-IT). Key Skills: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Resume Screening & Shortlisting Interview Coordination Candidate Engagement Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
