Human Resource Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, and crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. You will be responsible for screening incoming resumes and application forms, interviewing candidates through phone, video, and in-person, and preparing and distributing assignments and tests. Additionally, you will advertise job openings on our company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Qualifications required for this role include proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar position, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, experience with sourcing techniques, understanding of referral programs, solid verbal and written communication skills, and sound judgment. You should also have experience in headhunting. In terms of additional details about the company, it is important to note that the job type for this role is permanent. The work location is in person.
