Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
