Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all project and corporate positions.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry referrals.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate candidates technical skills and experience, and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure timely closing of positions to meet project mobilization deadlines.

Industry-Specific Expertise

  • Understand job requirements for engineering, construction, and infrastructure roles.
  • Source candidates with experience in EPC, Roads & Highways, Metro, Bridges, Buildings, Water, and Civil Construction projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with project teams, site managers, and department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment status.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, contractors, and manpower vendors.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate MIS, and dashboards.

Employer Branding & HR Support

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top construction talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, induction, and workforce planning as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction sectors).
  • Proven track record of hiring technical and field-based construction roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction job functions.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
