Job Summary

HR Recruiter

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in IT & Non-IT recruitment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across the organization. Training and onboarding support will be provided for freshers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for both IT & Non-IT requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.

HR Operations (Basic)

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding of selected candidates.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely status updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Freshers or up to 2 years

  experience in recruitment/HR
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of recruitment is an added advantage
• Ability to handle both IT & Non-IT hiring
