Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to support and lead core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. The role will vary in strategic and operational depth depending on the level (AM/LAM/Manager), but all levels will contribute to building a strong, performance-driven and people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies.
Handle performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals.
Ensure HR policies are up to date and effectively communicated.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
Act as an HRBP for designated teams or business units.
Guide and support junior HR staff (for LAM/Manager level).
Provide data-driven insights for HR dashboards and reporting.
