We are seeking a reliable and experienced recruitment and onboarding person to support end-to-end hiring for 3rd party and seamless onboarding l for our business units. This role will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and ensuring smooth Day One readiness for new hires.
Recruitment Support
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders Ensure timely closure of open positions as per agreed SLAs
Onboarding Coordination
Collect and verify pre-joining documents Coordinate with internal teams (IT/Admin/HR) for Day One readiness Share welcome kits, induction schedules, and policy documents Act as a point of contact for new hires during pre-joining and onboarding Track onboarding status and escalate delays proactively
25 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding (preferably in manufacturing or energy sector)
Strong coordination and communication skills Proficiency in Excel, ATS/HRMS tools Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines Experience working with large organizations or as a vendor partner is preferred
