Human Resource Professional

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll assistance, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in Human Resources to build a strong foundation in HR practices.

Note: Only Gujarat location Candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of employee data.
• Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics, compliance).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
