Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR professional to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance department. Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations. Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Support management in HR-related reporting and analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in an HR role (3–5 years depending on level). Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (payroll systems, etc.). High level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with HR analytics or data reporting. Exposure to performance management or talent development frameworks.
