Position : Senior HR Head Experience Required : Minimum 8 to 9 years, maximum 20 years Location : Sector 32, Faridabad Compensation : Salary will match industry standards and will be based on experience and capability Role Overview The Senior HR Head will lead the entire Human Resources function and will be responsible for building a high performance culture across all departments. The role covers strategy, policy creation, compliance, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance systems, and organizational development. The ideal candidate must demonstrate maturity, leadership presence, and the ability to work closely with top management. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy and Leadership Create and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Lead HR operations for manpower planning, budgeting, and long term capability building. Develop and maintain a positive work culture focused on productivity, discipline, and accountability. 2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Oversee recruitment for technical and non technical roles. Create hiring funnels, job descriptions, competency mapping, and selection assessments. Ensure structured onboarding, documentation, and smooth joining experience for all employees. 3. Employee Relations and Engagement Act as the primary escalation point for employee issues. Create engagement programs that improve retention and performance. Maintain a transparent communication channel between management and staff. 4. Performance Management Implement KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal systems across departments. Guide HODs on performance reviews, feedback cycles, and improvement plans. Ensure high performing talent is recognised and underperforming talent is improved through structured plans. 5. Policy Creation and Compliance Draft and maintain HR Manual, SOPs, HRMS rules, leave and attendance policies, disciplinary guidelines, and compliance registers. Ensure statutory compliance for labour laws, PF, ESI, minimum wages, bonus, and contract labour. Coordinate with legal and finance teams for audit readiness. 6. Payroll and Attendance Management Oversee end to end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure attendance systems, biometric processes, and leave rules are correctly implemented across locations. 7. Training and Development Identify capability gaps and run periodic training programs for leadership, technical, and soft skills. Create annual training calendars and track effectiveness. 8. HRMS and Digital Transformation Lead implementation and optimisation of HRMS tools for attendance, payroll, appraisals, documentation, and employee lifecycle management. Ensure data integrity and drive digital adoption across teams. 9. Disciplinary and Grievance Handling Manage misconduct cases with fairness and documented processes. Maintain employee records, warning letters, notices, and investigation reports as per compliance standards. 10. Senior Management Collaboration Work directly with Directors and Plant Heads. Provide actionable insights on workforce planning, cost optimisation, and organizational development. Candidate Requirements Proven HR leadership experience of 8 to 20 years. Strong command over HR operations for both office and factory environments. Deep knowledge of labour laws, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and performance systems. Experience in managing medium to large teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Ability to set up and implement HR systems and policies from scratch.
