Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment & strategic onboarding initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention programs.
Spearhead performance management and workforce development.
Ensure compliance with Tamil Nadu Labour Act and all HR regulations.
Oversee HR administration, payroll, and compliance frameworks.
Champion employee well-being, safety & grievance redressal mechanisms.
Provide strategic HR leadership aligned with organizational goals.
Develop policies, HR strategies, and documentation in a professional and updated manner.
Implement HR digital systems and analytics to streamline processes and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
