1. Recruitment & HiringPreparing and posting job descriptions Shortlisting resumes Scheduling interviews Calling candidates for interviews Coordinating with hiring managers for interview rounds Conducting initial screening or HR interviews Managing offer letters and joining formalities 2. Employee OnboardingPreparing induction plans Collecting documents from new joiners Explaining company policies and procedures Ensuring smooth integration into the team 3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitoring daily attendance Approving or rejecting leave requests Tracking late marks, absences, and loss of pay Maintaining leave records 4. Payroll CoordinationSharing attendance data with accounts/payroll Verifying salary calculations Handling salary-related queries 5. Staff Coordination & CommunicationCommunicating important HR updates to staff Coordinating training sessions Handling team issues and communication gaps Supporting managers in people-related decisions 6. Employee Records & DocumentationMaintaining employee files Updating HR databases (KYC, contracts, appraisals, etc.) Managing HR letters such as experience letters, warning letters, etc. 7.
