WE HIRING FOR HR MANAGER ROLE

Location : Navi Mumbai / Chennai

Exp : 8 To 12 years

Skill Set Requirement

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR department of a mid-size IT company
  • Good knowledge on HR systems
  • Should have a high command and usage of Microsoft Office
  • Good Industry knowledge and exposure to various HR related software
  • Coordination and organizational skill.
  • Critical Thinking and analytical ski

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in HR or related field (preferred).


Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR department of a mid-size IT company
  • Good knowledge on HR systems
  • Should have a high command of Microsoft Office
  • Basic Industry knowledge
  • Good understanding of HR concepts
  • Various HR related software

Job Responsibilities:

UAE Resources and HR Process

  • Responsible for carrying out an on-time and error-free payroll and benefits process for all

employees across the organization.

  • Calculate the payment as per the eligibility and policy; forward salary workings to

Management for approval.

  • Initiate compensation benchmarking survey upon approval of Management to

remunerate the employees as per market standards, at the end of every financial year.

Employee Engagement

  • Implement social and staff benefit programs, as and when approved by management.
  • Understand people related issues and challenges; hear out employee grievances and

resolve the same efficiently and effectively.

HR Coordination Activities

  • Conduct confirmation appraisals process for new joinees.
  • Involve and promote the culture of giving constructive and timely feedback.
  • Conduct periodical TNI by interacting with Team Leads and understanding the areas

of development.

  • Collect post-training effectiveness survey data and submit results to Management to

identify areas of improvements.

Team Management • Monitor attendance management carried out by Executive HR • Ensure adherence to HR operational policies and processes by the team.
