Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a well-rounded HR Manager to take charge of our HR function. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be someone who can bring structure, take initiative, and work closely with the leadership team to drive people and culture initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment processfrom sourcing to onboarding Set up and streamline HR processes and policies Handle employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance Maintain employee records and manage HRMS tools Act as the point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and support skill development programs Drive employee engagement and retention strategies Ensure timely filing of ESI, PF, and other statutory returns Work closely with department heads for manpower planning What We’re Looking For Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role Strong understanding of core HR functions and labor laws Excellent communication and people management skills Hands-on experience with HRMS or payroll software Ability to handle responsibilities independently
