Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop talent management plans, succession planning, performance management systems (PMS), and training programs.
Ensure seamless execution of all HR activities through efficient coordination with various stakeholders such as employees, managers, contractors/consultants.
Provide guidance on corporate culture building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth and improve employee productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Strong expertise in HR Generalist Activities like recruitment & selection process; salary administration; statutory compliances etc. .
Proficiency in Performance Management Systems (PMS) implementation.
