Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop talent management plans, succession planning, performance management systems (PMS), and training programs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all HR activities through efficient coordination with various stakeholders such as employees, managers, contractors/consultants.
  • Provide guidance on corporate culture building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth and improve employee productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong expertise in HR Generalist Activities like recruitment & selection process; salary administration; statutory compliances etc. .
  • Proficiency in Performance Management Systems (PMS) implementation.
